Employee Compensation Restructure ... sounds fancy, huh?

It means you are losing your job.

Not YOU - me.

I lost my job.

For the next three months my only job is to LOOK for a job.

...and I have never been happier in my life.

Thank you, God/Universe, for this miracle that usually means devastation and harm.
